This policy explains how Waylark Solutions, Unipessoal Lda ("Waylark", "we", "us") collects and processes personal data when you visit our website waylark.pt, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law. Our product Qraggy (qraggy.com) has its own, separate privacy policy.

The data controller is:

2. What personal data we collect
- Information you send us. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, any name you provide, and the content of your message.

- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data (such as IP address and timestamps) needed to operate and secure the site.
We do not collect special categories of data through this website, and the site is not directed at children.

4. Cookies
By default this website uses no tracking cookies. We only store your cookie choice locally in your browser so we can remember it. Analytics cookies are set only after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time via the link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We use a small number of trusted providers that process data on our behalf:
- Microsoft — website hosting (Azure) and email (Microsoft 365).
- Google — website analytics, only if you have given consent.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
We keep contact messages only for as long as needed to handle your request and to comply with legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal). To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@waylark.pt.
9. Complaints
If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) — www.cnpd.pt.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
